2024 Airport Loop & Recreational Bike Ride – Indianapolis, IN

Don’t miss this upcoming 2024 Local Event in Indianapolis, IN. Happening on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Bridgeport Central Baptist Church. Doors open at 8:00 AM.

Raise awareness and funds for the White Lick Creek Greenway and Vandalia Trail on Indy’s far West Side.

Participate in the Annual Airport Loop & Recreational Bike Ride to support the WLCVTA! You can bike the 4, 10, or 20 mile routes. Even if you don’t ride, you can support the WLCTVA and explore the abandoned Vandalia Railway Trestle stretching out over the White Lick Creek.

8:30 a.m. – Registration/Meet & Greet
9 a.m. – Advanced Bike Ride Begins
9:10 a.m. – Recreational Bike Ride Begins

You can also learn more about the proposed greenway and trail at the community tables. Participants will meet at Bridgeport Central Baptist Church, located at 9039 W Washington Street in Indianapolis.

Purchase your ticket by or on September 16 to receive a T-shirt!

Ticket is required to participate. All participants participate at their own risk. If event is cancelled, purchased tickets will be honored at future event date.

Airport Loop Advanced Bike Ride White Lick Creek & Vandalia Trail Alliance Route

10–15 mph speed required in contained police-escorted group, several notable hills, includes more industrial areas of airport. For 20 miles, add Recreational route on N. & W. Perimeter Roads.
