Join us for a fun night of making delicious Asian dumplings together in Nashville!

Come learn how to make Asian Style Dumplings! We will make three different fillings: traditional pork & cabbage, a modern chicken, kale & lemon and spicy vegetable. We will use a premade wrappers as well as making and rolling out fresh dumpling dough. I will also show several ways dumplings can be folded and sealed as well as steaming and pan seared instructions. A fun hands-on yummy evening where each participant will get to taste their creations at the end of class and take home any leftovers – if there are any!
