Start your evening with a complimentary glass of Arak, courtesy of our partners at Terra Sancta. Followed by a three-course family-style menu by the talented Sudanese Chef, Abu Layla. The wine pairing option offers a glass of Lebanese and Palestinian wines with each course.

But that’s not all—immerse yourself in the nostalgia of Umm Kulthum, Fairouz, and others with our resident DJ and a live saxophone player. It’s more than just dinner; it’s an experience you won’t want to miss!

Dinner Menu:

Falafel: chickpeas, herbs, the rest is a secret family recipe!

Hummus: chickpeas, lemon, tahini

Cucumber Salad: cucumber, carrot, fenugreek, and dried mint on a yogurt base

Nubian Baba Ghanoush: eggplant, charred tomato, peanut

Shish Taouk: chicken, yogurt, cinnamon, lemon, toum (garlic aioli)

Beef Agashé: suya spice (paprika, garlic, dried peanut) rubbed thinly sliced beef, onion, lime

Sudanese Baklava: phyllo pastry, chopped nuts, honey
