Description

Using fresh and fragrant ingredients and practicing the proper techniques, you’ll make these dishes that are a delicious blend of Indo-Chinese and classic French cuisines: a summer roll with dipping sauce; a layered sandwich; grilled beef on a skewer; and a rich chicken soup with noodles.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal.
