There’s nothing like a nice slow Elevated flow to leave you feeling body, mind, and soul rested. Lit by candles and backed by an out of this world soundtrack designed to take us to another planet, we’ll move through traditional Sun Salutations and standing poses with strength, calm, and purpose. After building heat through the first part of class, our bodies will be ready for the deep restorative stretches and a well earned savasana. I’ll teach modifications for every level, so newbies to yoga are welcome! This is self care in the Highest form.  

*This class is All Levels. Beginners are welcome
