Ramen: colder days are around the corner once again, and we’re already starting to crave this rich, delicious favorite. In this class, we’ll discuss and make multiple popular Ramen broths, and learn the art of building your perfect bowl. We also make some popular snacks that will make you feel like you’re in an authentic Ramen stall.

NOTICE about cooking classes

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.

You will work with other students.

Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.

You will sit or stand, cooking and working for most of the class.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

No refunds on classes, but feel free to gift a friend or family member.

Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.

All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.

If you have a food allergy, please check with us before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made.

Whenever possible we utilize HAM SWEET FARM located in Williamston, MI, a short drive from the capital of Lansing. They offer a variety of products, including the lamb and poultry raised on their farm, as well as meat from other partner farms and fisheries.
