The 41st Annual MAHCA BLOCK PARTY

The Massachusetts Avenue Heights Citizen’s Association was established in the late 1960s by neighbors to defend against zoning encroachment in our neighborhood. Every year MAHCA hosts The Block Party for all neighbors in our “triangle” bordered by Observatory Circle, Calvert St, Wisconsin Ave, Garfield St, and Massachusetts Ave to meet each other and foster our sense of unity and community.

Location: 36th Place between Fulton St & Edmunds St

Please join us for a celebration of food, drinks, and our community on Sunday, September 29th from 1-5 pm. Please bring side dishes to share such as: pastas, salads, vegetables, hors d’oeuvres, cheeses, and desserts. Main dishes + drinks will be provided.
