We are thrilled to announce our second Sip & Savor Series event collaborating with Union Horse Distilling Co. Join us for an unforgettable evening of exquisite flavors and expertly paired spirits.

Event Highlights:

Amuse Bouche: A delightful start to your evening
First Course: Oven roasted marrow bone, arugula, pickled shallots, grilled baguette
Second Course: Pancetta, maytag bleu cheese, cucumbers, champagne vinaigrette
Third Course: Puff pastry wrapped filet, mushroom duxelles, veal demi, truffled mash potatoes
Fourth Course: Strawberry mousse, vanilla pound cake, mixed berry compote
