Hello beautiful souls!

As we officially move into Autumn, we begin the process of turning inward to reconnect with our transformed self and prepare for the surrender that coincides with the descent into winter. This is a powerful time to tune into both the world around us and our deepest aspects to truly listen. This process of listening comes with the need to surrender our own assumptions and stories to truly hear the messages wanting to be communicated. When this insight is combined with our personal experience, it transforms into true wisdom!

The act of surrender is not always an easy one. But just like the Earth surrenders to the cycles of the season and the ebb and flow of life, we are also asked to surrender, change, and continue transforming so we can move forward in our personal evolution. 

While it may appear that surrendering is merely “giving up,” with wisdom, we understand that surrendering is actually the art of releasing our own stories, expectations, and false sense of control so we can allow ourselves to authentically flow with the world around us. In doing this, we give ourselves the opportunity to experience the magic of alignment! Too often, our wildest dreams aren’t able to materialize because we are unable to surrender our attachments to particular outcomes and outdated patterns. By surrendering to the Divine flow, we open ourselves to new opportunities and the synchronicity of alignment!

Quan Yin is a kind and nurturing Buddhist Goddess. Her gentle compassion brings in a strong sense of Divine Feminine support and comfort that provides ease and grace in our process of transformation. Working with her energy is a beautiful way to receive Divine Feminine support, open to authentic flow, synthesize our experiences into true wisdom, and experience DIvine nurturing!

For this Sacred Surrender journey and soundbath event, we’ll begin by tuning inwards to release resistance and open to surrender. Through guided meditation, we’ll connect our energy deeply with the flow of Mother Earth, set our intentions, and call in your team of guides. Working with the vibrations of live repetitive drumming, we’ll venture on a meditative journey to work with Quan Yin, opening to her wisdom, compassionate action, and support.

We’ll then flow into a relaxing Holy Fire World Peace Reiki Soundbath with drumming, crystal singing bowls, rattles, channeled singing, and 528 hz tuning wand to energize and balance your energy fields.

No previous experience with meditation is required for this class and beginners are welcome! Message MJ with any questions.

The personal investment for this meditative journey and Reiki soundbath event is $33. There is a limit of 8 participants and due to the small class size, prepayment secures your spot.
