The Group Program to Repurpose Your Purpose and Change Careers includes:

7 online live group sessions (not recorded)

Choose one of two cohorts: meeting online Wednesdays from 11 am to 1 pm Pacific OR from 5 to 7 pm Pacific (see schedule and curriculum below)

Lifetime access to an extensive library of videos and writings to support your learning and taking action, which includes:

Over 70 lessons, including 30+ videos
Templates and scripts

Weekly assignments
One PRIVATE COACHING SESSION with me so we can focus on what matters the most to you
Care, community, sharing, learning, and a space where you can be yourself
Tips to create your own support group and/or partner up as accountability buddies to keep your progress going beyond our work together
One live online group celebration and closing session

A note about timing: I am a big believer in every person having their own timing.Some group participants find what they want to do next within 2-3 group sessions (really!) while others keep engaging with the program on their own for a few years.
There is a mystery to transformation that is beyond me and you. The program is set up to support you wherever you are.
There are three steps to join the program:

Fill out the application form
If you are approved, you will be sent the Group Coaching Agreement. Please sign it
After we both sign the Group Coaching Agreement, you will be sent the link to make your payment. You can enroll for $596 (or 4 payments of $149 each) until September 16th

Once all three steps are completed, you will be officially enrolled ☀

This Program is NOT for you if:

You already know for sure what you want to do next professionally (it’s OK if you are exploring a couple or a few different options, but need support in choosing one)
You need a job fast and want a program focused on getting a position right away – this is Repurpose Your Purpose, not “Get a Job Fast”
You cannot dedicate a few hours a week to working on your career change/exploration
You don’t like sharing your thoughts with other people and/or you don’t enjoy listening to other people’s shares (consider 1:1 coaching instead)
You are just looking for a resume’ writer
You want a pre-recorded online course you can watch or listen to without taking action and participating in live sessions
You just want to-do lists and step by step guides without doing any inner work
You are not ready to try something different – and to take action (at least a little) outside of your comfort zone

You can choose to join one of two LIVE ONLINE groups for people all over the world (Wednesday mornings or Wednesday evenings). Here are all the dates and times, and right below find a detailed curriculum of what we will cover during each group session.
Please note: each group is limited to 16 participants.
Admission is on a rolling basis. Once the program is full, applications will no longer be accepted.You cannot attend live sessions from both cohorts. You need to choose and stick to one.
