The Horry County Farmer2Farmer Meet & Eat is a monthly program that brings farmers in the county together to tackle farm risk management.

Join us on September 24 at 6:00 PM for a tour of Tyler’s Flower Farm in Loris, SC! This tour is limited to the first 17 to register. Fresh cut flowers is the newest enterprise on the family farm that has been in production for over 170 years.

The farm is currently transitioning between summer and fall varieties. We will be discussing the challenges and opportunities involved in starting a new enterprise and handling the weeds and pests that thrive in a Horry County summer.

As this is a working farm and we will be outside. All participants are expected to wear closed toed shoes and come prepared with sun and bug protection.
