We provide yoga mats for those who’d prefer to keep theirs clean. Our vinyasa-based classes, led by Gladius’ own Alethea Crawford, takes place in the horse arena. You’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes early or stay afterward for a quiet moment of connection with these gentle souls. Embrace the chance to offer them your energy, your love, and your gratitude.
