About the Practitioner: Steph (she/her)

As a proud citizen of the San Carlos Apache Tribe, Steph blends her rich cultural heritage with deep somatic yoga knowledge. With training from the SOMA Yoga & Somatics School and a personal journey through chronic pain, her practice is slow, intentional, and nurturing.

What to Expect

  • Yoga Session: Our skilled instructor, Steph, will guide you through a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels. We’ll focus on alignment, breath, and the themes of balance and renewal as we honor this special time of year.
  • Farm Fresh Brunch: After yoga, savor a delicious, farm-fresh brunch and refreshments featuring seasonal ingredients that celebrate the flavors of fall.
