Each month, Star Sound Baths hosts meditation experiencees with a new theme for you! This month is all about Relaxing and Releasing.

What is a “Sound Bath”?

It’s a form of Meditation that uses therapeutic sound vibrations from instruments like Crystal Singing Bowls to guide your body and mind into a deeply relaxed state. It’s an incredible tool to help regulate your body’s Nervous System. It takes you out of feelings of “fight-or-flight” and anxiety and into a state where you feel grounded, calm + present within your body.
