While we embrace the transition, this intentional experience will allow you to slow down and find stillness within as you are guided through a variety of practices including breathwork, hypnotherapy, reiki energy and sound healing with high-vibrational Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® made with only the highest grade pure quartz crystal and the finest gemstones, earth substances, minerals, and precious metals.

A specially curated set will be played exclusively for this event, creating a uniquely powerful soundscape to serve as the most energetically aligned match to support and amplify the intentions.

Tasha Triana is a Registered Nurse turned Life and Purpose Coach and Hypnotherapist. She is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki Master, and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology.

Early on in her almost decade of working as a nurse in the hospital setting, Tasha experienced severe burnout. While this was an extremely challenging time in her life, it was also an enlightening one, as it helped Tasha truly understand the importance and necessity of prioritizing the relationship to herself and led her to her passion for wellness and holistic healing. Her time working in the hospital also allowed her to witness the impact of her patients’ mindsets and belief systems on their healing journeys, which inspired her to dive deeper into the power of the subconscious mind.

Tasha is on a mission to teach and empower ambitious women to prioritize the relationship they have with themselves, build self-awareness, and let go of limiting beliefs and emotions so that they can live their most authentic and aligned lives.
