Come try Coastal Movement’s modern Mat Pilates format at Hacienda in Carmel! We’ll meet you on the mat and enjoy a day in the sun after!

Enjoy a 45 minute Mat Pilates workout from our founder, Lauren, where you will move through your entire body with minimal equipment. Remember to invtie friends and family to come join after for a fun day in the sun at Hacienda!

Check-in begins at 8:45am and class will begin promptly at 9:00am. Bring your own mat and water! Shoes are acceptable for this event as we will be outside. All equipment will be provided! . Additional parking in the back.
