Join us for a cozy Autumn Equinox gathering with cacao, sound healing, and good vibes!

Event Description: Celebrate the balance of light and dark as the Autumn Equinox graces us with its powerful energies. This special event is designed to help you pause, reflect, and honor the shifting seasons within and around us. The Autumn Equinox represents a moment of equilibrium, symbolizing the harmony we seek within ourselves as we prepare for the introspective months ahead.

Our gathering will begin with a Cacao Ceremony, a sacred ritual that opens the heart and connects us to the earth’s energies. The warm, nourishing cacao will guide you inward, opening up space for deep introspection and connection. Following the ceremony, you will participate in a Reflective Journaling Session. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your personal growth, reflect on your journey, and set intentions for the darker half of the year.

The event will conclude with a Sound Journey led by the soothing vibrations of various instruments, guiding you through a meditative experience that integrates the evening’s insights. This sound healing session will help release any lingering tension and ground the wisdom you’ve uncovered, leaving you feeling peaceful and clear.

To honor this sacred time of year, we invite you to join us in a reflective space where you can balance, release, and renew.

Facilitator Bio: Treya Jaholkowska is a Sound Healer, Certified Yoga Instructor, Intuitive Coach, and Certified Reiki Practitioner. Treya’s work focuses on supporting the expansion of consciousness in these times of awakening. She offers a variety of experiences including Chanting and Meditation classes, Sacred Sisterhood Circles, Lunar and Cacao Ceremonies, and Goddess Archetype workshops and retreats.

For the past six years, Treya has facilitated group and private Sound Healing Journeys with Dreamweavers Collective. Collaborating with other musicians and healers, she offers “medicine music” and mantra chanting classes such as Om Chamber, Vocal Alchemy, Sing as ONE, Karuna Rasa Kirtan, Cazimi, and Soul Lullabies.
