Join us for a powerful End-of-Summer Vibrational Release.
For this special event, Breathwork facilitator Anthony Badami is partnering with Reiki Master Teacher, Janell Shun and Sound Healer, Lara Arguijo for a powerful vibrational release using Breathwork, Reiki, and Soundbath. Join us as we begin with a gratitude practice and then, move into cultivating breathwork. As we move stuck energy and release control, we breathe out all that no longer serves us. Master Janell will then help assist release of any emotions and energetic blockages that may surface by applying hands-on as the Lara provides sound vibrational healing. This will help support the displacement of any negative energy, replacing it with positive energy, and help to bring the mind and body back to balance with ease.

Lara is an international ThetaHealing Instructor, podcast host and Sound Healer.

Our top priority for your session is to be as comfortable as possible. Bring whatever you feel would build your “perfect nest: ” a yoga mat, blanket, etc. We plan to have some shade from the trees.
