Our 10-Week program was designed for kids to explore movement in a positive, non-competitive, therapeutic environment!

Our unique approach to kids yoga incorporates age-appropriate yoga poses, engaging movement, and breathing techniques with games, music, art, and storytelling. Your child will be inspired to stretch, dance, and play while learning values such as kindness, empathy, and respect for themselves and others.

Program Details

9/21 – Fall into Yoga (Embrace Change)
Embrace the changing season with grounding poses that teach balance and self-awareness. Kids will learn how to stay steady like trees as they adapt to the new season with calm and focus. Children will discover the beauty of change while practicing self-regulation.

9/28 – Underwater World Adventures: Dive into the ocean’s wonders
Children will explore the underwater world, learning about marine animals through fun yoga poses while developing balance, self-regulation, and a sense of compassion.

10/5 – Superhero Strength
Unleash your inner superhero with empowering poses that build strength and confidence. Kids will learn how to balance their superpowers with kindness as they save the day!

10/12 – Harvest Harmony
Celebrate the harvest season with poses that promote harmony and self-care. Children will learn the importance of working together and caring for themselves as they prepare for the cooler months.

10/19 – Pumpkin Patch Party
Celebrate the fall harvest with pumpkin-themed poses that encourage positivity and growth. Kids will nurture a positive attitude, helping them grow strong and happy, just like pumpkins in a patch.

10/26 – Halloween Spooky Yoga
Embark on a spooky adventure with poses that challenge balance and self-regulation. Kids will practice staying calm and centered, even when faced with spooky surprises.

11/2 – Shining Diwali
Light up Diwali with joyful poses that focus on inner light and emotional brightness. Kids will explore how kindness and compassion can make their inner light shine even brighter, fostering a sense of unity.

11/9 – Kindness Day Yoga
Celebrate World Kindness Day with heart-opening poses and mindful breathing. Children will learn how acts of kindness connect them with others and build emotional resilience.

11/16 – Outer Space Yoga
Blast off into outer space with yoga poses that stretch the imagination and build self-regulation. Kids will explore the stars while learning how to stay balanced and focused, even in the vastness of space.

11/23 – Thanksgiving Gratitude Yoga
Reflect on the spirit of Thanksgiving with heartwarming poses and gratitude practices. This class encourages kids to think about what they are thankful for while building a foundation of emotional awareness.
