Bathed in soothing and high-sounding vibrations, you will explore the depths of your consciousness, embrace vulnerability, and reconnect with nature’s cyclical wisdom.

What to bring:

• Wear comfortable clothing
• A journal and something to write with
• Any fruits/flowers/sacred items to add to the altar as an offering
• Please avoid eating anything heavy 1-2 hours beforehand
