Q: When will I receive information about check-in?
A: More information about your VIP package will be emailed to you 3-5 days before the event, including the check-in location and schedule.

Q: What happens if I don’t hear from you via email?
A: Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you have not received an email 3 days before the event, please contact us at knotfestvip@superfan.live. As the purchaser it is your responsibility to let us know if you have not received it from us a few days prior to the show.

Q: Is there a bag policy?
A: Yes. CLEAR bags made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc, and no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are allowed. Small clutch purses or fanny packs that are 6” x 9” or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket. All bags will be searched before entry.

Q: What is the “All Out Life” Rockstar For A Day Experience?
A: The “All Out Life” Rockstar For A Day Experience includes an exclusive production trailer that includes your own personal rider, access to the enhanced viewing for the main stage, a complimentary ticket into the Knotfest Museum, VIP merchandise and more! You will be sent more information about the location of the pre-show lounge prior to the event!

Q: Does my Knotfest package or program give me access backstage?
A: None of the packages or programs include backstage access.

Q: Where is Knotfest, Iowa 2024 being held?
A: Water Works Park in Des Moines, Iowa.

Q: Is parking included in my package or program?
A: The venue of Knotfest Iowa 2024 (Water Works Park) has available parking and it is free however this is limited and not guaranteed. Please note this is not included as a feature in any package or program and is at the sole direction of the purchaser to organize a car park during the event. Q: Can I bring my own camera?
A: Yes, standard point-and-shoot cameras, disposable cameras, and camera phones are acceptable during the concert. However, professional cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.

Q: The people attending the event with me are arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, and other inclusions?
A: If members of your party are arriving late, please let us know by emailing us at knotfestvip@superfan.live. Please note that some parts of the programs and packages are time sensitive – it is your responsibility to ensure you are onsite at the scheduled times to receive all package inclusions. Information on timings will be sent out 3-5 days pre event.

Q: When will I receive my Knotfest Essentials Kit merchandise?
A: We will contact you via email in the months before the festival with a link to select your additional merchandise items. Items will be shipped directly to your mailing address 1-2 weeks prior to the festival.

Q: Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
A: Your Knotfest Essentials Kit merchandise will be shipped to you 1-2 weeks prior to the show, and we welcome you to bring it to the show! Please note, we do not have any storage for guest merchandise and you will need to keep merchandise on you or your person. We are not liable for any misplaced product.

Q: Can I transfer my ticket?
A: All tickets and packages are non-transferable. All ten (10) festival entry passes will be booked under the original purchasers name.We will require you to present identification on the day-of-show in order to access your package benefits.

Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: Information regarding your ten (10) festival entry passes will be sent out closer to the event. Please note that your confirmation email is not your ticket. 

Q: Is there accessible seating available at Knotfest, Iowa 2024?

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for Knotfest, Iowa 2024?
A: All guests, including adults and children of all ages, must have a valid ticket to enter. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

Q: Can I sell my Knotfest, Iowa 2024 package?
A: No, unfortunately packages cannot be resold. Tickets that have been resold will not be valid.

Packages are open to all ages. All guests, including adults and children of all ages, must have a valid ticket to enter. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time, and instructions on where to pick up package inclusions. Such information will be sent by knotfestvip@superfan.live to the email address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us immediately at knotfestvip@superfan.live. VIP ticket purchasers will receive communications to their provided email address before the event, offering them the opportunity to select a merchandise item. By purchasing a package, you 1) consent to receive these communications 2) agree to provide a mailing address if you choose a merchandise item and 3) acknowledge that your customer information, including email addresses and mailing addresses provided for merchandise delivery, will be shared with the artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue, or any other affiliated parties as necessary to fulfill the VIP package inclusions. There will be no partial or full refund given if the ticket holder does not open the email, select a merchandise item, or provide a mailing address. In the event that no additional merchandise choices are made, Superfan reserves the right to make merchandise selections on the ticket holder’s behalf. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. By purchasing a package, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event.
