The OVC returns to Boston. Bill Sebastian, the inventor of the OVC will accompany musicians with 3D video seen on headsets or in high-resolution projections.

Mehrpouya Daneshvar

Mehrpouya is a multi-instrumentalist performer, skilled in the Clarinet, Kamancheh, and Hand Percussion. He has showcased his music at major festivals worldwide, including the World Culture Festival at DC National Mall, Expo World Festival in Dubai, and Montana Folk Festival in the USA. He is known for his unique and innovative clarinet playing, covering fusion, jazz, world music, and specializing in Iranian folk and classical (Radif) music.

In 2023, he co-founded the Klemer Trio with Klara Poznachowska in Boston. The Trios music gives a voice to the voiceless, expressing the rich historical melodies of Iran and the challenges faced by its people, as well as the impacts of the ongoing Ukrainian war on children. They believe that music can transcend barriers of religion, ethnicity, or language, universally uniting people. Despite their diverse backgrounds, when they play together, they merge into a single voice that resonates with audiences worldwide.
