Come and enjoy a powerful and deep healing sound bath at Woodglen Vista Park that will aid you in unleashing your bodies own healing potential. With the help of Frequency Facilitator Murphy, you will immerse yourself into the deep healing sounds for complete relaxation of your mind, body and spirit.

Sound, frequency and vibrational healing works on a cellular level. Sound baths can retune your body, mind and spirit encouraging relaxation, healing and wellness. Using therapeutic singing bowls and other instruments (chimes, bells, gongs, drums, voices) Murphy creates a combination of tones and vibrations that can produce a complete state of tranquility. These sounds also act as a massage for the nervous system and bring your body, mind and spirit back into harmony. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, looking to purge the toxic buildup from your system, finding emotional balance, stimulating the lymphatic flow, resetting your nervous system, or looking to find a deeper connection to self, Murphy’s sound healing sessions offer a holistic approach to well-being.

We will be located to the left of the basketball court, in the grass. Opening Circle begins at 8:00am and by 8:10am we will be filling the park with beautiful vibrations and collective energy. Early arrival is encouraged to get settled. Bring a yoga mat or blanket and an optional pillow to be comfortable; you will be lying down. Dress comfortably as we will be outdoors in the morning sun.
