Help welcome Red Hook’s incoming youth exchange student with a community potluck!

The Red Hook Rotary Club invites you to an Indian Cookbook Potluck to meet and welcome Red Hook’s 2024-2025 youth exchange student from India! Bring your favorite homemade Indian dish to share with everyone at the Tivoli Park Pavilion.

We are highlighting two suggested cookbooks: “Made In India” by Meera Sodha and “Indian Flavor Every Day” by Maya Kaimal. Local chef, Maya Kaimal, will join us for the occasion!

A digital copy of your preferred recipe can be sent to you, or if you would like a physical copy of the cookbooks, they are available at the public library and Oblong Books.

If you are unable to bring a dish, that’s OK, come meet our new exchange student and help eat all the delicious food we will have!
