Join us for our second year to get SWEATY!

Capital Sweat Festival is a highly anticipated event in the local community and promises a dynamic experience filled with a wide array of activities focused on wellness, networking, and entertainment. Hosted by Frog Alley Brewing, food and drinks of all kinds will be available. This festival brings together local trainers, offers healthy food options, a volleyball tournament, and facilitates valuable networking opportunities in the fitness industry.

The festival aims to promote overall wellness through community connection. We will be offering a variety of fitness activities led by some of the capital regions most beloved and talented instructors.

Attendees can participate in engaging workout sessions such as high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Yoga, Barre, Zumba, and more.

It’s important to remember, whether you are seasoned in the fitness world or looking for a good place to start — this event is for you. There is something for everyone to promote overall health, wellness, happiness, and well-being in our community.
