Faith Academy MS Homecoming Dance – Mobile, AL

We are excited to announce that the Faith Academy Middle School Homecoming Dance will be Saturday, September 21st from 6pm-9pm. The dance will be held at the University of South Alabama, Student Center Ballroom and is for 6th-8th grade students ONLY. Tickets are $40 (plus EventBrite fees) and can be purchased until Friday, September 6th. This non-refundable ticket will allow entrance for one student and includes a night of dancing, food, photo booths, and lots of fun! Your student does NOT need a date to attend this event. In fact, the majority of the people who attend will be going with their friends. If your student chooses to bring a date, please be sure to purchase an additional ticket and ensure that his/her date is also in middle school.

For security purposes, only designated chaperones and students with tickets will be allowed inside the event. Parents are welcome to walk their students inside the door to the registration table, but will not be allowed inside the event. We will provide more details about pick up logistics as we get closer to time. USA PD has been hired for the event and there will also be additional security on site.

Please follow Faith Academy guidelines and have your student dress in “homecoming attire” that is also age appropriate. Our boys should be in slacks and button down shirts. Jackets and/or ties are encouraged, but not required. For our girls, there should be No midriffs, No cleavage, and make sure the length of the dresses are appropriate (No booty cheeks showing). Please take these guidelines seriously and be respectful as we want to be sure our middle schoolers continue to have this dance as an option in the future.

IMPORTANT: This event is being hosted by Heather Wilder, Heather Nix, Robin Black, Patrice Corbin, Joy Grafton, Jandi Hall, Katie Kelley, Emily Walker. All questions or concerns should be directed to us. Please do NOT call the school with questions. This is not a school ran event.

When you arrive at the venue you will be able to park and walk your child in through the main Student Center entrance for check-in. I will post a map of the venue as the date approaches. The campus and Moulton Tower are beautiful places to take pictures if parents want to do that before the dance starts.
