Music is a heartbeat, a memory, a lifeline. Join us as we celebrate the power of music through the art of storytelling.

We are excited to work with our community partners Zia Record Exchange. We had so much fun in April for Record Story Day, we’re back together in September for Zia Dayz with the Storyline SLAM: Music Pt. 2

The song that defined a summer, a concert that changed everything, or the soundtrack to a pivotal moment, come celebrate stories that will remind us of the universal language of music.

Whether you’re a die-hard music lover, a casual listener, or someone who just enjoys a good story, this slam will hit all the right notes.

To get in the storytelling drawing, sign up at TheStoryline.org before Saturday, 09.21.24. Six names will be drawn on Sunday, September 22nd and posted on TheStoryline.org, The Storyline Facebook page, and Instagram @thestoryliners. At least two more names will be drawn at the beginning of the show on Friday, September 27th.

Five members of the audience will be the judges. The storyteller with the most points at the end of the show wins.

Join us 7:00pm Friday, September 27th at Changing Hands Bookstore in Phoenix and be part of a community that knows the magic of a great tune. Come early, grab a drink, and settle in for a night of connection, reflection, and, of course, incredible stories.
