Our rest portals celebrate and honor the shadows of the unknown and how it relates to our desires and dreamscapes. We explore the lens of rest and dreaming as a community, which may include, nervous system responses, movement, yoga nidra, creative practices, and laying down or leaning back and sharing dreams.

What to Expect:
Under the loving guidance of our experienced facilitator, Kira Buckley, this offering is a a unique path beyond meditation and deeper into breath work and Nidra practices. You will be immersed in a serene sanctuary, where time slows down, and the boundaries between the physical and spiritual worlds fade away.
Through group rituals, intention-setting, and supportive interactions, we will cultivate a strong sense of communal space holding and reflection for one another. Merging movement and stillness, breath and sound, visualization and surrender; we will awaken the dormant powers within ourselves and access profound states of inner peace and harmony.
