Volunteerism Ignites Employee Engagement! How to build a corporate culture that energizes employees to give back to their community!

Goal:
The goal of this lunch-n-learn is to bring together Corporate Social Responsibility professionals and Nonprofit Leaders together to share best practices around volunteerism and employee engagement.

Topic and Agenda:

11:00 – 11:30 am: Arrival and Check in. Attendees grab a boxed lunch
11:30 – 11:35 pm: SHARE Charlotte Welcome
11:35 – 12:00 pm: TIAA overview – how they energize employees through volunteerism – Jillian Peat Hamilton, Senior Director of Corporate Social Impact at TIAA
12:00 – 1:00 pm: CSR leader Panel discussion – Successful ways to engage and reward employees in volunteerism, moderated by Julie Cross, Director of Community Impact at TIAA. Panelists to be announced soon!
