Third Annual Roselle Festival – U-Pick, Farm Tours, Live Music, & More! – Hawthorne, FL

We invite you to join us on the farm for our 3rd annual Roselle Festival!

This unique one-day festival includes U-pick Roselle, expert educational vendors for health benefits, roselle from harvest to table, food demonstrations and special culinary delights from Cheff JJ at Tropical Eatz and Flavorful LLC, beverages from Berrland352, plus pastured pork hot dogs from our farm!

This year, we’ve introduced ticket tiers to better enhance your experience. Tickets are offered in two ways; Prime Access ticket for entry 1:30pm-3:30pm, and Free ticket for 3:30pm-5:30pm.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Farm Tours: Explore the farm up close with guided tours by farm co-owners John Bitter and Amy Van Scoik at select times.

• Animal Encounters & Crop Maze: Get up close with farm animals and challenge yourself in our crop maze.

• Roselle Hibiscus Tasting: Sample delicious food and beverages made with fresh Roselle Hibiscus.

• Pick-Your-Own Roselle Hibiscus: Harvest your own organic Roselle Hibiscus directly from the farm.

• Educational Sessions: Learn about Roselle cultivation, nutrition, and discover new recipes.

• Live Entertainment: Enjoy live music under the open barn as you soak in the farm atmosphere.

• Farm Stand Shopping: Browse our farm stand for locally grown organic veggies and other goods.

• Delicious Farm-to-Table Food: Treat yourself to pastured pork hot dogs made from Frog Song’s own hogs and or with our food vendors on site.

• Kids’ Play Zone: Experience the excitement as kids enjoy various activities in the dedicated play zone.

U-Pick: $ 5 paper bag, $15 all you can fill red bucket, or pre-picked farmers market basket $5 per

*Please bring your own clippers if you have them. If you don’t, we will provide clippers and buckets for picking.

Helpful Tips & Info

This is a rain-or-shine outdoor event with no alternate date, so please be prepared for the weather. Handwashing stations will be available, and we strongly encourage everyone to use them before and after participating in u-pick activities and animal encounters.

Good items to consider having with you: hat, closed-toed shoes or mud boots, refillable water bottle or cup, reuseable shopping bag, umbrella or raincoat, coolers to take home your purchases of fresh produce & frozen meats. We encourage you to bring a picnic blanket, camping chairs to enjoy the event entertainment.

Please leave all pets at home. This is a working farm with farm animals that must be kept safe from unknown animals and our insurance does not permit pets on site. Service dogs trained to perform a specific task to assist a person with a disability are welcome. Thanks for your understanding.
