Meet Our Panelists:

AIDAN HENRY: A&R and Operations professional at Sparta Distribution, the independent distribution platform of 300 Entertainment. In his role, he also oversees all digital marketing and paid media initiatives for Sparta. Aidan’s passion for music began early, as he started playing the saxophone and recording his own tracks at the age of 11. He later pursued a Music Business degree at Hofstra University on Long Island. Before joining Sparta, Aidan managed paid media campaigns for Burwood Media and gained valuable experience through internships at Primary Wave and 300 Entertainment. He also co-founded an artist management company and produced the Monday Morning Manager podcast. While at Hofstra, Aidan was a pop radio host for WRHU, the university’s radio station.

RICH-P: Raised in South Side Jamaica Queens, Rich-P honed his lyrical skills by sneaking into underground shows, later settling in Harlem after living in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Atlanta. Over the years, his music has been featured on platforms like Hot 97, TMZ, MTV, and The Source, earning comparisons to Fabolous, Kanye West, and J.Cole. His albums, including *Spiritual Levels* and *What Does Love Get You?*, have garnered millions of streams, with his latest project peaking at #12 on iTunes. Rich-P has opened for legends like Kendrick Lamar and Styles P and continues to build his brand, Strength In Numbers, with aspirations to distribute other artists.

KAREEM “REEMO-MEERAK” TYSON: A versatile media professional currently based in Harlem, with a career spanning over 18 years. Reemo co-owns and serves as A&R for Worldwide Soundz Records and is a multi-award-winning TV producer. Reemo’s brand embodies his diverse talents as a media personality, semi-entrepreneur, actor, and filmmaker. The platform “ReemTV”, which relaunched in July 2023, has earned multiple film festival awards and is highly regarded in the Hip Hop and independent music industry. Reemo also returned to podcasting in November 2019 with “The Reem’o Meerak” and later created “Reemo Meerak: The C.U.T.S.,” a podcast that explores Culture, Urban life, Technology, and Sports. Reemo’s ultimate goal is to be an inspiring figure in entertainment and a powerful, impactful businessman.

SHAKIR “SHAK-TRAUMA” MERRARO: Founder & CEO Brook Brovaz Music, which is a multi-platinum music production company renowned for its work with a diverse range of artists, from emerging talents to Billboard-charting and Grammy Award-winning stars. In addition to their success in the music industry, Brook Brovaz has established themselves as accomplished music composers, creating scores for major companies across TV, film, and video games.
