– Just the willingness to learn how to receive the breath and find inner spaces in your body 
– We will work on breath techniques to heal parts of our body that have become tight and blocked due to injury, trauma or bad posture 
– You will regain fluidity and clarity simply by falling with gravity and feeling where the breath wants to fill up and release tight places. An amazing reset to feel clarity and lightness.
