Join us with a friend or come alone and meet new people while enjoying four exquisite wines curated by Adrian Lopez, paired with gourmet bites from Eva, all set on the beautiful CocoWalk Rooftop.

Adrian Lopez began his career at Zuma Japanese restaurant, where he spent six years progressing through various roles, including Assistant Head Sommelier. At 21, he discovered his passion for wine and became a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers by the age of 22. Adrian is currently working toward his Advanced Sommelier certification, having completed the prerequisite Advanced Course. In 2016 and 2018, he was one of the three Southeast finalists in the Chaine Des Rôtisseurs Young Sommelier Competition. He also holds a Sake Navigator certification from Japan’s Sake Service Institute. Currently, Adrian serves as Wine Director for Ariete Hospitality Group and is the Managing Partner of The Allocation Room.

The CocoWalk Roofotp is located on the top floor of the One CocoWalk Office Building Across from Botanico Gin & Cookhouse.
