30 min film + conversation w/ the subjects: former Maine State Senator Chloe Maxmin, and Canyon Woodward, Co-Founders of Dirtroad Organizing

Please join Patagonia Seattle and Rural Runners film subjects former Maine State Senator Chloe Maxmin, and Canyon Woodward, Co-Founders of Dirtroad Organizing for an exclusive in-store film screening of their film, with light bites, craft beverages and a conversation around politics and running.

Rural Runners is a short film about finding purpose and common ground in rural America as Chloe Maxmin, a young climate activist, mounts two historic campaigns to represent her conservative home districts in the Maine House and Senate. The film follows Chloe and her campaign manager Canyon Woodward on the campaign trail alongside Canyon’s rise as a professional trail runner. Their approach re-humanizes our deeply divided political system, offering hope and a path toward a healthier democracy.

Optional group jog beforehand will depart at 6:30pm from the store, led by Canyon. Easy pace all together, about 3 miles.
