Get ready for “Glow Flow Yoga,” on October 30th at 7 p.m., hosted by TNP Wellness in collaboration with Hops and Flow. We’re lighting up SweetWater Taproom with our radiant instructor Melissa, who’s curating a flow that will make you shine bright under black lights. This session combines yoga, music, and glow-in-the-dark paint for an unforgettable experience!

The class is free, and we’re all about supporting TNP Wellness’ community programs, so consider making a tax-deductible donation!
