Join us for an evening with Anzio’s Brick Oven Pizza & Wine Educator Missa Capozzo for a guided pizza and wine pairing experience!

During this entertaining guided event, you will learn how and why each wine complements each pizza, which will be served hot and delicious out of the oven. In addition, you will learn the fundamentals of wine and food pairing with fun, educational demonstrations.

The menu:
– Spinaci: Garlic Cream Sauce, Spinach, Roasted Garlic, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese.
– Buffalo chicken: Franks Red Hot, Grilled Chicken, Red Onions, Mozzarella, Buttermilk Ranch, Chives
– Margherita: Hand-Crushed San Marzano Tomato, Narragansett Creamery Fresh Mozzarella, Basil
– BBQ chicken: Honey Barbecue, Grilled Chicken, Applewood Bacon, Red Onion, Jalapeno, Mozzarella
– Supremo: Pepperoni, Sausage, Salami, Applewood Bacon
