Miracles in Motion is a dance healing workshop that promotes healing on physical, spiritual, mental, and energetic levels. Through meditation, visualization, guided movement, and dance improvisation, this workshop leads you through inner child healing and self-acceptance.

Join us in this one-of-a-kind experience where you will learn to embrace and express yourself. This workshop will also include sound bowl healing, Reiki energy healing, community building, and conversation about mental health.
