Class Description:
Join us for a fun, lighthearted experimental class where you’ll hone your confidence in movement and storytelling as an art form. “The Happy Place” is designed to help you feel comfortable in your body, celebrate every part of your design, and grasp the creative skill of using your mind and voice in a positive, authentic, and unique way.

Throughout this class, movers will embark on a journey to:

  • Feel Comfortable in Their Body: Learn to embrace and move with ease, celebrating every part of your design.
  • Celebrate Individual Design: Recognize and honor the unique aspects of your physical form and movement style.
  • Develop Creative Skills: Use your mind and voice to express yourself in ways that are positive and authentic.
  • Build Strength and Confidence: Enhance your spirit, soul, and body through engaging and empowering activities.
  • Unlock Personal Genius: Identify and unlock the unique genius within each person, fostering personal growth and discovery.
  • Cultivate Playfulness: Have fun in every session, building a culture of play and joy into your value system.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to build confidence, explore their creative potential, and have a great time doing it. No previous dance experience is required—just come with an open heart and a willingness to explore and enjoy the movement.
