IMPORTANT NOTE:
Must have attended an Intro Talk in order to enroll. 
Held in-person and with limited availability via Zoom        
Please keep in mind that learning in-person is always the preference. This new online offering is ideally for those who are non-local, immune-compromised, or absolutely unable to attend in person.    
If you live locally to Boulder please make an effort to at least attend in person on the first day (the day where you receive your mantra).      
   
You must attend all 4 sessions  
each session runs approximately 2 hrs
