Expect 25 minute back-to-back “tastes” of yoga from various studios + health n wellness & spa experience stations AND an awesome yogi swag bag. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb n flow in as you wish:) No rules.

10 am: Doors Open + Grab coffee for purchase

10:30 am: Mini Intention Setting Meditation

10:35 am: Morning Sun Salutation Flow

11:00 am: Vinyasa Flow

11:30 am: Bodyweight Yoga Sculpt Flow

12:00 pm: Buti Yoga Flow

12:30 pm: RAVE YOGA

1:00 pm: Deep Release and Restore Yoga Flow

1:30 pm: Replenishing Sound Bath

2 pm: Event Ends

The Beauty Boost is a community for women to feel healthy, empowered, and beautiful. We put in events throughout the year like socials, empowerment workshops, retreats, and fitness samplers.

This event is FREE for Year Pass Holders.

We do not offer refunds. If the event needs to be canceled due to weather, a rain date will be offered. Attendees acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and hazards associated with the event activities. Attendees further release The Beauty Boost, its organizers, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of or in connection with their participation. Attendees agree to conduct themselves responsibly, follow all event rules and guidelines, and ensure their own safety and well-being during the event.
