Join us for a rejuvenating Healing Hike through nature to refresh your mind, body, and soul!

Come make some new friends and join us on our Healthy Hike journey ✨️ We will venture together to a secluded mountaintop tide pool zen place on the Windward side (exact location will be provided after registration). Here we will be enjoying group meditation and a sound bath by Jessica’s Guiding Light. We will indulge in healthy snacks and have plenty of time to soak in the tide pools, journal, take photos, meditate or just be one with nature. There will also be a limited number of spots available for a 15 minute private reiki session during our time at the top. Please note: this is a moderate skill leveled hike. Since it is so secluded and unpopulated some of the trail is overgrown and does require you to climb over fallen tress, cross a few streams and duck under things. Bathing suits and towels are optional if you’d like to cool off in the tide pools. The cost for the guided hike, meditation/sound bath and snacks is $25/per person. Optional private 15 minute reiki sessions are an additional $25 (only 6 spots available). This event is co-ed. Rain or shine. No refunds issued for this event.
