Course Description

American Heart Association course designed for any nonmedical individuals seeking certification for CPR, AED, and/or First Aid. This course covers First Aid, CPR and use of an AED (automated external defibrillator).

This course is for anyone wanting to be prepared to react/respond in an emergency where someone may need First Aid or CPR.

Typical audience includes: caregivers, babysitters, teachers, foster care/adoption, camp counselors, youth organizations, coaches for sports organizations, organizations that have a response team in place for active shooters.

This course is also ideal for parents, grandparents, and guardians.

A minimum of 3 participants is required for this training. If the minimum is not met the participant’s registration will be transferred to the next available training.
