Welcome to NYC AgTech Week 2024!

NYC AgTech Week is hosted and produced by the NYC Agriculture Collective a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2014 dedicated to supporting urban farming and AgTech initiatives, food equity, and education in NYC.

Now in its 9th year, NYC AgTech Week runs from Monday, September 23rd to Thursday, September 26nd 2024 across New York City, in partnership with NYC Climate Week.

NYC AgTech Week is notable for being the only AgTech Conference that is produced and organized by the pioneers of the industry themselves; No fancy production company, just our Board of founders, non-profit operators, advocates and farmers of some of New York City’s most exciting AgTech organizations.

Monday, 9/23:

1. 5-9pm: Networking Happy Hour & Fireside Chat: Cultivating Urban Agriculture Policy in NYC (Including speakers from NYC Department of Urban Agriculture, USDA, annd more!)

Wednesday, 9/25:

1. 10:30am-11:30am: Oko Farms Urban Farm Tour
2. 2pm-4pm: LES Community Garden Tour Museum of Reclaimed Urban Space (MoRUS)
3. 6-7pm: Panel Discussion : Power of Community; How Urban Agriculture has the Power to Sustain New Yorkers at House of Good Deeds (including speakers from ReBorn Farms, Teens for Food Justice and other local organizations)

• Networking Happy Hour: Join us after the MoRUS tour for a networking happy hour in a local community garden in the Lower East Side

Thursday, 9/26:

1. 11am-1:30pm: Urban Farm Tour @ Farm.One (Brooklyn, NY) followed by Panel & Networking : Making It Here; NYC Agriculture Founders Share Pivots. Successes and Learnings (featuring founders of Farm.One, Smallhold, Brooklyn Grange & Urbanstrong)
2. Urban Farm Tour 3:30-4:30pm: Brooklyn Grange Navy Yard Rooftop Farm (Brooklyn, NY)

Scholarship Opportunity for Students and Farmers

The NYC Agriculture Collective is happy to offer scholarships to students and farmers in need. The scholarships cover the cost of the ticketed tours and select events.
