By all accounts, the industrial market has settled to pre-pandemic levels, which means reduced development and less demand. Our panelists will discuss how developers can differentiate and enhance their projects, what brokers are doing to stand out in a slower market, and who is sticking to their underwriting versus sharpening their pencil to get a deal.

In the event that I do not abide by the restrictions and policies of the SIOR Philadelphia Chapter or venue, and I am asked to leave the Event, I understand that I will not be eligible for a refund of any registration fees paid to SIOR Philadelphia Chapter.

I acknowledge that if I am sick, I should not attend the Event. I hereby release and hold harmless SIOR Philadelphia Chapter, affiliated partners, and sponsors, including their directors, officers, employees and volunteers, against all claims of damages and liability resulting from exposures to COVID-19 that may have occurred in conjunction with this meeting.

REFUND POLICY

Refund requests will be provided as follows, according to when the request was received:

– If received within 2 days of registration, a full refund will be provided

– If received more than 2 days after registration, but at least one week prior to event, a partial refund will be provided

– If received within 7 days prior to the event, no refund will be provided.
