Treat the Mind.Body.Soul with a Silent Tea Ceremony, Shamanic Drum Journey, Urban Forest Bathing, Grief & Emotional Freedom & Massage. 18+

Rest, retreat, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit as we tantalize your senses with a transformative soul experience. We’ll open with a Silent Tea Ceremony, followed by Urban Forest Bathing, a Reflective Journaling Circle, then take you on a Shamanic Drum Journey, and conclude with a vibrational sound bath for restorative healing.

A closing lunch is provided.

In celebration of Autumn Equinox, we will share the energy of the day and hold sacred circle to discuss this important transitional phase and reset.

Hello Darlins,

As an inheritor of a spiritual legacy, I walk the path paved by both my Grandmothers, finding my purpose.

From the depths of Louisiana, my paternal Grandmother “Ves” embodied healing through the sacred ritual of “laying on of hands.” Her unwavering faith in the Holy Ghost endowed her with profound healing abilities, demonstrating the might of divine intervention through miraculous signs. She lived as a beacon of spiritual power, a testament to unwavering belief in the divine.

On my maternal side, my Grandmother

“Tita” hailed from the Caribbean shores of Bluefields, Nicaragua. Drawing from the bounties of the earth and sea, she wielded the wisdom of herbs, teas, and the boundless power of God to orchestrate transformative healings. Passing peacefully at 103.

It is both a pleasure and an honor to welcome you into the New Wellness Center for this divine offering of a day retreat with my fellow practitioners and we all look forward to sharing our gifts and offerings with you throughout this Sacred Silent Soul Retreat.
