With one ticket purchase we are highlighting an all inclusive Open Bar throughout the evening, while also serving you all inclusive Appetizers, Hors D’oeuvres, and Buffet Displays. Be prepared for 2 live DJ’s spinning all of your favorite Dancehall, Reggae, Raggaeton, Hip Hop, Dembow, and R&B hits. Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes and get ready to groove all night long. This is a night you won’t want to miss!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1) There will be a tight on-boarding schedule, as the yacht will be boarding between 7:00pm-7:30pm, with departure scheduled for 10 minutes prior to 8:00pm. Please arrive on time to be guaranteed access onboard! The yacht will disembark/return at 12:00am. There will be no accommodations if you are late and left behind.

2) Valet parking will offered at $12-$20/per vehicle depending on the seasons rate. **Ride-share also suggested (Uber/Lyft)

3) Bar & Food will be open all evening

**Food options will include 2 House appetizers, 5 House Hors D’oeuvres, and a Pasta Displays w/ 2 different sauce choices

**Bar Service will include Top Shelf options

**WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT

With my ticket purchase I HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge MOVEAROUND MANAGEMENT LLC and it’s agents, employees, officers, directors, successor and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to all activities engaged with MOVEAROUND MANAGEMENT LLC, or from the use of any property/service provided by MOVEAROUND MANAGEMENT LLC, including but not limited to this event and commercial yacht charter. I give my consent to all MOVE AROUND MANAGEMENT LLC. REPRESENTATIVES AND/OR CONTRACTING PARTIES in making the most appropriate decisions by safety protocols. Including but not limited to, disorderly conduct, lack of instructions, and/or inclement weather. I understand that any activities that I may participate in are inherently dangerous and may cause serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/or even death. On behalf of myself, my heirs, my agents, my representatives, assigns and next of kin, I hereby waive all claims for personal/property damages, bodily-injuries, loss of past, present or future income, death and wrongful death sustained to me or my property, that I may have against the aforementioned released party to such activity. The provisions of this WAIVER AND RELEASE may not be waived, altered, amended or repealed, in whole or in part, except by the prior written consent of all parties. The provision of this WAIVER AND RELEASE will continue in full force and effect even after the termination of the above-stated activities, whether by agreement, by operation of law, or otherwise. While engaging in any activity, I have read, understand and fully agree to the terms of this WAIVER AND RELEASE. My ticket purchase is proof of my intention to execute this complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability against MOVEAROUND MANAGEMENT LLC, to the full extent of the law. I am 21 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver.
