Start with an aperitif and taste the Costedda di Villasimius and the Cagliaritana pizzetta sfoglia (puff pastry pizza), accompanied by a vintage sparkling wine made from Vermentino grapes. Continue with the tasting of local cheeses and cured meats with honey and jam, paired with a Semidano di Mogoro wine.

As a first course, taste Ricotta Ravioli and Culurgiones Ogliastrini paired with a Monica wine from Sardinia. Taste the fennel sausage and the grilled vegetables, combined with a Carignano del Sulcis.

Finish with Sardinian sweets (almond paste, gueffus, piricchitus, …) and a Moscato di Cagliari. Enjoy red or white mirto and coffee to close the tasting.
