EXPERIENCE

Cruise down the Tweed River on a morning tea cruise. Enjoy the picturesque Tweed River while having a nice tea or coffee, with muffins, biscuits, and slices included. Learn about the historic river as you cruise through farmland countryside and a very old rainforest.

Board the George Bass at the Ivory Marina and set off on your 3-hour cruise. Take in some beautiful sights of the surrounds of the caldera of Mt Warning (Wollumbin).

The Tweed River runs from the NSW/QLD border to the NSW countryside where it was used to move timber and other products up and down the river. The river meanders for a distance of about 80 km.

The traditional custodians of the land surrounding the Tweed River are the Aboriginal people of the Minyungbul, Tulgi-gin, Cudgenburra, and Mooburra.
