As you were a bohemien, we will start the tour with a chocolate experience. Try firstly Bicerin, the traditional hot cup receipe consumed in these ‘800 century cafès.

We will move than to explore how local chocolatiers have worked cocoa for our happinness. Sampling a selection of traditional chocolates like Gianduitto, Cremino and Cri Cri and moving to premium dark versions made with Criollo. Talking about the global sourcing issues and challanges.

From the closest seaside of the city near Cinque Terre sample the Focaccia Ligure from a family shops and experience how great olive oil plays together with a fluffy and tasty bake.
