EXPERIENCE

2. Provide the following information: full name, pick-up date and time, hotel name and telephone number.

3. Save your voucher. Print it out or save it to your phone.

4. 24 hours before your trip you will receive your driver’s contact information.

5. Meeting point at your hotel.

6. Present your voucher and introduce yourself to the driver.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (example. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
